A Love Letter To is a new independent quarterly publication about the things that shape a season.

It is the next chapter of Currant Magazine, reimagined in a freer, more personal and more curated form. Each issue is built around a collection of love letters to the things that capture our attention at that moment — from art, fashion and food to places, people, objects, books, ideas and small observations from everyday life.

A Love Letter To brings together different disciplines: writing, photography, illustration, painting, digital art, collage, design and curation. Sometimes the work is created specifically for an issue; sometimes it begins with something we encounter along the way and cannot stop thinking about.

Each edition therefore develops its own rhythm, visual language and collection of stories.

The project grows out of Currant, which began during the pandemic as a small independent magazine and eventually found its way into 88 stores around the world.

Each issue becomes something to keep: a seasonal archive of images, words, ideas and things that feel meaningful at that particular moment.
